The Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven mixes low pressure and even heat distribution so that moist, flavorful results are delivered continuously in less time than traditional cookers. This is a pretty solid oven, mostly doing what it says. With the pressure mode, it will significantly decrease cooking times, but not as much as the guide remains. To be certain, use your meat thermometer. It made delicious meats that were very wet.
